The Problem

The problem: The previous version of the app presented several challenges for customers, including limited accessibility to frequently used features, instability, and insufficient data on journeys and brand experience. These issues could lead to user frustration, drive customers to third-party apps, and ultimately result in lost users.

The Solution

The solution: Collaborated closely with product owners and developers to validate ideas and ensure that solutions could be implemented effectively and functioned as intended.

Visual technology

Created high-fidelity, interactive prototypes with animated JSON and SVG assets using modern tools, ensuring they were developer-ready.

Brand Strategy

The JLR portfolio apps had an inconsistent brand experience and were not always optimal. I worked for six months on creating a unified brand strategy and improving the digital presence of the app product portfolio.
